Shantel Crosby, PhD, LCSW is founder and owner of West Rose Therapy & Consultation, LLC, providing mental health therapy—with a focus on adult BIPOC clients. West Rose also provides evaluation and consultation services to schools and organizations focused on trauma-informed practice, equity, and transforming organizational culture/climate. Additionally, Dr. Crosby is an Associate Professor in the Kent School of Social Work & Family Science at the University of Louisville, where she teaches in the MSSW, PhD, and DSW programs.
