Randi Albertsen has a B.S degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. from Loyola University, Maryland. Ms. Albertsen has worked in ECE settings for over 30 years. Her experience includes childcare center senior staff, family childcare provider, public school Kindergarten and third grade teacher. For the past 25+ years, she has been a trainer and consultant. Ms. Albertsen owns Innovations in Education, LLC. Her company provides professional development and consulting services to the early childhood community. Ms. Albertsen is also a curriculum developer and a coach and mentor for educators and program administrators.
