Dr. Daman Harris is a dedicated leader in the field of education, serving as the co-director of the Bond Project, a nonprofit organization committed to the recruitment, retention, development, and empowerment of Black and Brown men in education. With over 29 years of experience in public education, Dr. Harris has held numerous roles, including school principalship and central office administrator, where he now serves as the Senior Manager of Educator Advancement and IHE Partnerships in a Mid-Atlantic district. In this capacity, he oversees professional learning opportunities for educators, collaborating with university partners and providing direct support to his team.
