About Robert L. Reece, Ph.D.

Robert is an Austin based academic and artist. He’s an Assistant Professor of Sociology at the University of Texas at Austin where his research focuses on themes related to race, colorism, and weight discrimination. His art is available at MarvelousMashups on Etsy. Robert grew up in Leland, Mississippi in the heart of the Mississippi Delta.
