The second thing that is on my mind is the importance of taking care of ourselves. Both physically and mentally. You may be aware that three years ago, I decided to change a lot of my bad habits and focus on my health and fitness. I'm a firm believer that diet is 80% of the work when it comes to losing weight and keeping the weight off.
Through my journey, I've seen great results from Keto, Intermittent Fasting, creating goals, hiring a fitness coach, and bodybuilding.
I'm down 60+ pounds as a result and I'm currently working on my Physical Training and Nutrition Coach Certifications.
I want to continue supporting my education community and understand how stress, anxiety, and mental health may impact our daily attendance.
